  • Will create a customized, cross-platform marketing strategy that will ensure your property receives optimum exposure through a combination of: open houses, realtor-only tours, private showings, social & digital media, paid advertisements targeting relevant demographics, SEO, print media (eg mail outs, brochures), outdoor media (eg signage) and in-person promotion.
     

  • Can recommend and provide assistance with sought-after home stagers, landscapers, interior designers, contractors, painters, rental management companies and cleaners to help prepare your property for sale. I provide some staging.

  • Keep you informed throughout the sales process, provide regular feedback and am always available to answer questions along the way. Feedback isn't only limited to showings but also includes measurables like analytics. 

  • Provide advice on your property’s attributes from the perspective of relevant buyers and identify any improvements that could augment its value – including tips on how to best prepare it for showing.

  • Luxury properties have access to Royal LePage's Carriage Trade service offerings.
