  • After determining the market value of your home using statistics, comparables and trends, I work with you to determine the most advantageous pricing strategy given your timelines and objectives.

  • Will create a customized, cross-platform marketing strategy that will ensure your property receives optimum exposure through a combination of: open houses, realtor-only tours, private showings, social & digital media, paid targeted online campaigns, SEO, print media (eg mail outs, brochures), outdoor media (eg signage) and in-person promotion

  • Provide advice on your property’s attributes from the perspective of relevant buyers and identify any improvements that could augment its value – including tips on how to best prepare it for showing.

  • Can provide complementary virtual staging or and / or recommendations and assistance with the process of booking sought-after home stagers, landscapers, interior designers, contractors, painters and cleaners where required to help prepare your property for sale. 

  • Offer placement in international media sites for luxury properties.

  • Keep you informed throughout the sales process, provide regular feedback and am always available to answer questions along the way. Feedback isn't only limited to showings but also includes metrics and analytics. ​​
