  • Throughout the sales process I will keep you informed, provide regular feedback and always be available to answer questions along the way. 

  • Can recommend sought-after home stagers, landscapers, interior designers, contractors and cleaners to help prepare your property for sale. I can also help with rental options should you want to wait to list or move in.

  • Will create a customized, cross-platform marketing strategy for your property, meaning that it will receive exposure through a relevant combination of: open houses, realtor tours, private showings, digital media and advertisements (local and/or international), social media and print media (eg mail outs, newspaper ads, inclusion in Home Magazine).

  • Can have a property inspection completed before listing to gain a better understanding of your property’s attributes and identify any improvements that could augment its value – including tips on how to best prepare it for showing

  • Luxury properties have access to Royal LePage's Carriage Trade service offerings.
